This notice explains how CinderTree AI Data handles information provided through cindertree.com.

What we collect

The assessment runs in your browser. We receive its answers only when you request a personal review. At that point, we collect your name, email, company, optional website, assessment answers, consent, and submission reference. Our hosting and form provider also processes submission times and technical information, including IP addresses, for delivery, security, and spam filtering. Please do not include confidential records or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your inquiry, contact you, and coordinate potential data licensing opportunities. This website does not accept file uploads or access your business systems.

Who receives it

Netlify provides website hosting and processes and stores form submissions on CinderTree’s behalf. We ask for your permission before sharing business details with a licensing provider. That provider’s own terms and privacy policies apply to its services.

Storage and retention

Inquiries are stored in Netlify Forms and accessed through CinderTree’s authorized Netlify account. We retain information while needed to respond to your inquiry and manage the resulting relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request correction or deletion by contacting us.

Cookies and website services

We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting platform may use essential cookies and technical logs for security and service delivery. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives standard connection information such as your IP address.

You can explore your assessment without providing contact details. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent to further contact, email luke@cindertree.com.
